The Service is a configurable dashboard application that enables users to:
Access requires a valid NFT Key ("Membership") purchased via smart contract. We offer three tiers: 1-Month Pass, 1-Year Bulk Pass, and Lifetime.
You must be at least the legal age in your jurisdiction and have authority to enter into these Terms.
No Automatic Refunds & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights: By purchasing a Membership, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that by gaining immediate access, you lose your statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All sales are final.
Payment Liability: We do not custody funds. All payments are peer-to-peer transactions between you and the Lock Smart Contract. You are responsible for ensuring your wallet has sufficient USDC for renewals.
The Service is a user-driven engine for interacting with smart contracts. Users are solely responsible for their assumptions, configurations, and actions.
User Assumption of Risk: Users assume all risk of losses, damages, or liabilities arising from misconfiguration, incorrect or malicious contract code, and relying on displayed information.
We do not custody, hold, or control users' cryptocurrency, private keys, wallets or funds.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount a user actually paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
The Service integrates with on-chain contracts and third-party services (including the Lock Contract, RPC providers, wallets, block explorers, Thirdweb, and oracles). We do not control these contracts or services and disclaim responsibility for them.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability, and expenses arising out of the user's use of the Service, configurations, violation of terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Users must not use the Service to engage in illegal activity, attack or disrupt networks, create infringing content, or scrape the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security threats, or legal requirements. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining duration on an active Key.
We may modify these Terms or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or other use of the Service is prohibited. If any part of these Terms is invalid, other parts remain enforceable. This is the full agreement between you and us.
